Our story

Why I built this site

I’m Gianni Campanella, a real estate broker. I started following repos (reprises de finance) for sale in Greater Montreal every day, and I gather this data myself: how many properties are on the market, where, and what type.

I soon noticed that a lot of people were interested. Many of them asked me to share the numbers, so I built this site.

My goal is simple: to help you find a property. Check the daily trend or ask for today’s list; I’ll send it to you once, with no sales follow-up.
